The training course is rich in content and highly practical. At the beginning of the training, the instructor explained the basic theory of LC in a simple and clear way. Starting from the basic parameters involved in chromatography, and with the aid of plate theory and rate theory, various problems and phenomena in chromatographic analysis were vividly interpreted, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the trainees. In the section on basic instrument knowledge, the instructor analyzed in detail the pump, auto-sampler, detector, column oven and other modules of the LC, enabling the trainees to have a deep understanding of the working principle of the instrument.

In the advanced course, the instructor focused on introducing the reversed-phase separation mode of LC, explaining the selection techniques of mobile phases for different substances, and sharing key points such as buffer salt selection and pH adjustment through practical cases. Regarding the selection of chromatographic columns, the instructor started from the column packing materials, analyzed the design principles and application scenarios of common and special chromatographic columns, and through practical cases, enabled the trainees to master how to precisely select the appropriate chromatographic column.

During the training period, engineers from Acchrom-Tech Scientific Instruments also provided a detailed introduction and demonstration of the company's independently developed Chromloong chromatography information management system.
